Christian Cota for Aldo “Laremont” boots styled three different ways as featured in Nylon Magazine. Wore these boots for the first time today and fell in love all over again. It was a nice surprise to see them as I flipped through the latest issue of Nylon.

Just got the Christian Cota x Aldo “Laremont” boots in the mail c/o Aldo Rise. I really have no words to describe my love for the fur (and the color black). Huge thank you to Angela and her team! I’ll be posting a photo showing how I plan on styling them early next week.

Anonymous How do you like your shoes sent by ALDO? Are they comfy? Do you think their shoes are good quality, honestly?

I absolutely love the shoes that Aldo sent me. I opted for two pairs of wedges and one pair of platform sandals with a chunky heel, so they are fairly comfortable. I haven’t had any problems with them, but I am also very nice to my shoes. I like to think that I take good care of them.

I kind of live by the idea that you “get what you pay for”. A majority of their shoes are around $90, so the quality is clearly better than Forever 21, but maybe not as good as something from a brand such as Jeffrey Campbell. Nevertheless, I am a big fan of their shoes.

I really love these platform peep toe sandals from Aldo. From the looks of their shape I’m almost positive they’d be rather comfortable, and the bow adds a nice feminine touch. It also doesn’t hurt that they’re $80.

I want to wear these tonight, but it’s too muddy. Rain boots it is.
